r7 skills competition

 skills competition is an annual event for all hardworking students of TLE department. This event is being held on the month february, skills competition includes all the majors taken up by the tle students such as word working, fruit curving, and so on, This event is like a battle of skills and knowledge learned by tle students and this is the right day for them to shine on their particular skill. 

  

this is flair tending with wine mixing last year the rubics only includes on the flair tending but this year the judges includes the wine mixing they judged also the manner of wine mixing of the tle students if it is in good taste or not. This skill is not that easy to learn but of the perseverance of my two classmates to be a part of this skill they exerted extra effort and time including money and they successfully done it surprisingly their performance was stunning. Quiz bee is also one part of the event battle of the retained learning I think is the quiz bee it is the measurement on how the students absorb all the lesson this part made the participants nervous actually.

Cosmetology is the most awaited part of this event it showcase the talents of the tle students especially their creativity in terms of the application of  make up and using the recycable  materials.  This part is very exciting in here you will see different people transformed on how they project and  model their art work I am talking about the models. 

There is also table skirting,  this part also requires patience and dedication because it is also time consuming it also requires so much creativity and passion. 

There is also fruit curving, electricity, drafting and 

wood working. Skills competition is full of fun, thrill , and lots of exciting experiences that we seldom experienced during the normal day inside the classroom more often than not it is one way to create friendships or harmonious relationship towards our course mate. Yearly skills competition is prepared by our beloved and dedicated tle councils  I salute all who participated  for the success of the skills competition with out the perseverance and creativity of our participants this event would'nt be successful as it was. 

Of course I also have a suggestion for improvement of this event, I think if the councils or the people behind this event planned already an exact rules/categories on every part of the game for example they should'nt change it minute before the particular part let's say quiz bee because the participants were informed already about the rules. So they prepared for it but if they change it minute before the competition starts it would be hard for the participants.  I think they should stick on the planned rules no more changing or shifting if they want to clarify things they should do it right away week or days before the event not a minute before, like what was happened this last skills competition on the part of quiz bee but in general it was good all things done smoothly.
